near elderly (50-61), and other singles
- 76 2-5 bedroom family units for families with children
Families pay 30% of adjusted income or a flat rent to Housing Authority. The Housing
Authority is the landlord.

- 31 1-Bedroom Units at Heather Meadows for elderly/disabled
- 12 2-bedroom Family Units for families with children
