HOUSING PROGRAMS

Units Owned by the Housing Authority of the City of Fond du Lac

  • 100 1-Bedroom units at Westnor Apartments for elderly/disabled
  • 31 1-Bedroom units at Grand Court Apartment for elderly/disabled
  • 142 1-Bedroom units at Rosalind Apartments for the elderly (62+), disabled and near elderly (50-61), and other singles
  • 76 2-5 bedroom family units for families with children
Families pay 30% of adjusted income or a flat rent to Housing Authority. The Housing Authority is the landlord.

Units Owned by the Fond du Lac County Housing Authority

  • 31 1-Bedroom Units at Heather Meadows for elderly/disabled
  • 12 2-bedroom Family Units for families with children
Families pay 30% of adjusted income or a flat rent to Housing Authority. The Housing Authority is the landlord.

Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program

In the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program, families pay more or 30% of adjusted income towards housing. Families use their vouchers to rent from private sector landlords.The Fond du Lac County Housing Authority serves approximately 430 families under this program.
